I’ve always been the one asking “why?”
I’m a senior product designer at 15Five, where I design AI features and complex workflows for HR teams and managers. I’m happiest in messy, interconnected systems, mapping how the pieces fit, then prototyping the moment that makes it click for everyone else.
Lately, that means designing AI people can trust with real decisions, and building Slingshot, the Claude Code workflow our designers use to go from idea to working prototype.

Restore
I spot what’s broken and fix it, starting with the stuff everyone has learned to work around.

I picture where the product could be in two years, then work backward to what we ship now.

I dig into the reasoning behind a request until the real problem shows up.

I get things moving with a prototype, a working session, or a decision on the table.

I bring range: many options before the right one, and a little play along the way.

Mentorship

Spreading new ways of working
I built Slingshot and got the design team using it. 18 prototypes went to engineering in its first 3 months.
Strategic working sessions
I run sessions that get product, engineering, and HR stakeholders aligned on hard tradeoffs before anyone opens Figma.
