I’ve always been the one asking “why?”
I am curious about how things work and thrive in exploring ways to improve them.
I bring a systems-level mindset grounded in curiosity, creativity, and a deep drive to improve what’s not working. My strengths—Restorative, Futuristic, Intellection, Activator, and Ideation—fuel how I approach problems: I find opportunities to examine a product, imagine what’s possible, and help teams move confidently toward solutions.
I thrive in complexity. Whether I’m mapping flows across interconnected systems, running strategic working sessions, or prototyping an interaction to unlock a key moment of realization, I stay focused on what will truly make a difference for the business and the people using the product.
Mentorship is also a core part of who I am. I love coaching other designers, sharing frameworks, and creating space for growth because helping others level up is one of the most rewarding parts of being a design leader.
Outside of work, I’m crafting, reading a spooky story, or playing board games with some friends.
I’m endlessly curious, always creating, and energized by progress in all its forms.
My Approach
My approach to design is deeply influenced by my strengths: I spot what's not working (Restorative), envision what could be (Futuristic), think deeply about the “why” (Intellection), get things moving (Activator), and bring creativity to how we solve (Ideation).
